Lyrical Jazz with Sophie M. offers dancers the chance to build a strong foundation in technique while enjoying the freedom and creative expression of lyrical dance. Ideal for professional dancers, total beginners, and everyone in between, the class will consist of a focussed warm up with conditioning and technique followed by beautiful lyrical choreography in a range of styles and difficulty levels.
